Community Participation

Oak Creek and Franklin residents and businesses are very proactive in the community. Raising money for the blind, providing scholarships for students, support for families in need or just providing help for community events. Several non-profit and service organizations provide a wide variety of choices for volunteering. Some of the organizations include the Oak Creek Lions, Kiwanis, Oak Creek/Franklin Foundation for Education, Franklin Cultural Center, Franklin Education Foundation, Senior Citizen Clubs, Lionettes, Lean On Me Foundation, Salvation Army, Rotary Club and Oak Creek Community Center.
