Shopping & Entertainment

Whatever your family needs (groceries, hardware, clothing or office supplies), you can find it in Richmond Heights. An abundance of local shops of all sizes provide convenience and service along with a large selection of products.

Richmond Heights is home to Saint Louis Galleria – the region’s most distinctive shopping experience. The Galleria offers a complete dining, entertainment and shopping experience in an unparalleled atmosphere. Saint Louis Galleria is “where the best stores put their best store.” The Galleria showcases more than 50 stores. Among them are Cartier, Timberland, Arden B., Swarovski, Restoration Hardware, Sammi, Build-A-Bear Workshop, M-A-C, Kenneth Cole New York, and Club Libby Lu. For more information, visit the Galleria on-line at www.saintlouisgalleria.com.

Boulevard-St. Louis (a Pace Properties, Inc. development project) is now under construction on the east side of Brentwood Boulevard (just north of Interstate 64 near the University Club Tower). This mixed-use development project – which will include office, residential and retail space – is a prime example of what is being called “the new urbanism.” Its retail tenants will include Pottery Barn, Bombay/Bombay Kids, Maggiano’s Little Italy Restaurant, and P.F. Chang’s restaurant. The first tenants opened in late 2004.

Multiscreen movie theaters include Galleria 6 Cinemas at the Saint Louis Galleria and the historic Esquire 7 Theatre. Located in the 6700 block of Clayton Road, the Esquire first opened in 1939, and has been upgraded several times since to enhance the experience of area moviegoers.
