Civic Opportunities
A multitude of civic organizations welcome volunteers dedicated to improving life in Algonquin and Lake in the Hills. Both towns boast a wide range of groups who foster pride, friendliness, cohesiveness and stability in the community. Included are Lions, the American Legion, Rotary, Girl and Boy Scouts, Jaycees, garden clubs, youth sporting organizations and fraternal organizations.
