Algonquin and Lake in the Hills are conveniently located six miles north of Interstate 90 (Randall Road Interchange). Metra train commuter service to downtown Chicago is available five miles away in Cary, Crystal Lake or Barrington. If traveling by air, O’Hare International Airport is 30 miles east of Algonquin and Lake in the Hills on the Northwest Tollway. The Lake in the Hills Airport is available for landings 24 hours a day, and can handle all light to medium twin-engine craft and turboprops.
